Sunday, December 4th, we headed up into the grand Cascade Mountains to hunt for the perfect Christmas tree. Well, we found a lovely grand fir, about 12 ft tall, the absolute limit, and brought it home.
We were hoping to also play in the snow, and were dressed in our snow gear. Unfortunately, much of the snow from our 1st big storm was already melted in many areas. However, the kiddos found a few patches to play in, and eat, so we were all still smiles. We decorated that evening together, and made many more memories as a family.
