This morning, my beloved calls & asks if I can see the sunrise from our home. He tells me it's beautiful. I meandor out the front door & marvel at the beauty in the East. I was immediately reminded of God's great creation & daily presence in our lives. Each & every day He displays His presence...He is here, right here!
Kind of like our littlest one creating a picture on paper, smiles on the faces of her people, animals, the sun & flowers; or our son creating a Lego display from his little imagination; perhaps like my husband creating with his hands a lamp, new shelves or planter from cedar. We are little creators, in a sense; using the talents & gifts our Creator gave us. In little ways, we are in His image. He too, creates with His magnificent hands. All around us, we can marvel at creation. As the sun rises & sets, as the tides ebb & flow, as the maple & aspen transform in vivid Autumn hues; we are blessed to partake in His works. Why, because He loves us so much!
So, thank you, Husband of mine, for showing me once again today the great creation, and thank you, Lord, for opening the eyes of my heart & soul to Your daily wonders!
